Actress Victoria Rowell grew up in Maine as a foster child, and whenever she
gets an opportunity she returns home. In May she spoke out on behalf of the
work being done in Maine for foster children at a ceremony at the governor's
mansion. She also was promoting her new book, The Women Who Raised Me.
Ms. Rowell hired me for the day to take documentary and promotional shots.
