When Lincoln Paper Mill shut down, most thought the doors were closed
permanently. Not Governor Baldacci. He helped find new owners who focused
efforts to modernize the mill and specialize their product line. The
governor toured the facility after new jobs had been created. These photos
document the event in 2006.
